This is Ultima-Enan, a testosterone enanthate injectable preparation manufactured by Ultima Pharmaceuticals.
Testosterone enanthate is testosterone carried on a seven-carbon ester, which slows its release from the injection site and stretches its activity out over roughly a week and a half. It is the reference long-ester testosterone in both clinical replacement therapy and in off-label mass-oriented use, and it is the compound most other injectables are compared against.
